As I write, it's snowing, and a - h'm, I wonder what the collective noun for 4 x 4s is: a quadruped, perhaps? - well, anyway, a whatever it is of 4 x 4s is ploughing, skating and weaving - oops, and skidding - down Summerfield Road!
